Ms. Reshma Thammaiah

Ms. Reshma is Associate Partner in Law Links and sits in our Bengaluru office. She has experience of practicing before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. She is presently practicing before the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru, Trial Courts and other forums.

Being a panel advocate for Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board, she has experience in conducting matters pertaining to Land Acquisition. She also conducts litigation pertaining to Karnataka Societies Registration Act, Co-operative Societies Act and matters pertaining to Consumer Protection Act and Appeals before the District Consumer Forum and State Commissions, Complaints under Negotiable Instruments Act, Family matters and service matters.

Prior to joining Law Links , she worked with Atman Law Partners and Uday Shankar Associates where she was actively involved in Non Litigation Practice and has Conducted property due diligence, independently drafted, reviewed and negotiated various contracts including Software contracts, Lease Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Share Purchase and Share Subscription Agreements etc. She has conducted Due Diligence for mergers for well-known companies.

She has also conducted Trade mark Registration. She has also gained experience as a Law Researcher, Delhi High Court.

She is a law graduate from Bengaluru Institute of Legal Studies, from where she completed her LLB in the year 2005. She also completed her Masters in Business Laws (MBL) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bengaluru.

Ms. Reshma enrolled as an advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council in 2005.
