Ms. Madhuri Gaikwad has been practicing before the High Court, Civil and Criminal Courts and other forums in and around Bengaluru. Her domain of practice includes writ jurisdiction, penal laws, negotiable instruments, property, succession, trademarks, damages, insurance and family laws and arbitration. She provides opinions on Company Law, Property Laws, Employment Laws and Trademarks.

Ms. Madhuri began her career with Siddharth Muchandi & Associates and has thereafter worked with Viswanathan and Co., wherein she was involved with the litigation and corporate practice of the firms. She was entrusted with responsibilities of drafting pleadings, rendering opinions, client counseling and regularly appeared before the High Court

and trial courts conducting civil and criminal matters, at trial and appellate stages. She has also gained experience in Corporate Law, drafting MOA, AOA, Contracts and Agreements, in addition to dealing with statutory compliances and due-diligence under the Company Law, Professional Tax, Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Trademark, VAT and Import Export Certificate.

Ms. Madhuri enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council in 2011.
