Ms. Kanak Bathwal

Ms. Kanak Bathwal is a graduate of the inaugural B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) batch of BML Munjal University, Class of 2024, and has been enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2024.

During her academic tenure, she served as the President of Udaan, a student-led initiative dedicated to human empowerment, and was also an active member of the University’s Legal Aid Committee, working extensively on community outreach and access to justice programs.

In her professional practice, Ms. Bathwal actively assists in representing clients before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as well as various consumer fora.
