Ms. Sethi is a qualified the Advocate-on-Record (AOR) since 2003, she regularly practices before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi and the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission representing the firm’s clients, including several professional educational institutions. She has also held the position of Additional Standing Counsel for GNCTD in the Delhi High Court. She is also a certified Mediator by Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India in association with National Legal Services Authority (NALSA).
Ms. Sethi specialises in litigation, arbitration, meditation and also advises corporates & various institutions. She is a go-getter for litigation related matters and has a ready solution for almost all problems. She has a variety of experience and has handled matters in almost all areas of law.

Ms. Sethi completed her B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Miranda House, University of Delhi in 1991 and LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1994. She also holds a Diploma in Cyber law from Amity Law School, Noida. Amity University.
Ms. Hetu enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1994.
