Senior Associate

Siddarth is a Senior Associate in Law Links Delhi office. He has been practicing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, subordinate courts and Tribunals in Delhi. His domain of practice in the firm, apart from civil litigation, also extends to the specific fields of Company Law, Employment Law, Insolvency Law, Public Interest Litigation, Mediation, Property Law and Service Law.

Prior to joining Law Links , Siddarth worked as a Junior Associate with Chambers of Advocate Arpit Batra for a year and as an Associate with Chambers of Shri Vishal Gupta for about 8 months. During his work with these offices he actively worked on property matters, real estate issues, DRT and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

Siddarth is a law graduate from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun from where he completed his BBA. LL.B in 2017.

Siddharth enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2017.
