Senior Associate

Sanidhya is a senior associate at the Delhi office of Law Links. He has substantial experience in handling Civil, Commercial and IBC Matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, The Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, The National Company Law Tribunal-New Delhi Bench, The National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and various District Courts of Delhi. His work in various high stakes litigation across judicial forums has brought him a keen expertise in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Code of Civil Procedure, Companies Act, Consumer Protection Act and other Civil/Commercial statute.

Prior to joining Law Links, Sanidhya worked with the Chambers of Mr. Nagarkatti, AOR and Mr.

Amrendra Kr. Singh, Advocate, for two and a half years and before that with Gandhi & Partners for about a year. During his work with these offices, he actively worked in matters involving general civil litigation, arbitration, commercial litigation, criminal litigation, and company law.

Sanidhya has a degree of B.A.LL.B from Amity Law School, gurugobind Singh Indraprastha University, batch of 2020.
