Rahul is a qualified Advocate-on-Record (AOR) and has been practicing before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts including Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai, subordinate courts and National Tribunals including NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT, NGT, etc. Rahul is a certified Arbitrator from the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) and has conducted several arbitrations on behalf of the parties. Rahul is also a certified Mediator by Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India in association with National Legal Services Authority (NALSA). Apart from core litigation practice, Rahul is also a corporate lawyer and advises corporate clients on general corporate, contracts and compliance matters. Rahul provides transactional and corporate advisory services to corporate clients on a regular basis.

At Clifford Chance, Rahul worked on several international transactions in several practice areas including Banking, Corporate, Capital Markets Prior to joining Law Links, Rahul worked with Clifford Chance Business Services as a Managing, Litigation and Asset Finance. His core areas of expertise were Corporate and Litigation. During his work with Clifford Chance, Rahul was seconded to various international assignments to Clifford Chance offices and their client offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, London and Singapore.
After working at Clifford Chance for more than eight and a half years, Rahul joined Actis LLP (a UK based private equity firm) as a Compliance Associate in their London office. He was responsible for Regulatory and Compliance of the firm relating to the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and SEBI. While at Actis, Rahul also looked after Company Secretarial work and worked as a legal counsel looking after corporate in-house legal work. After completing almost 2 years with Actis, Rahul joined Law Links.
Rahul completed his graduation in commerce from Ramjas College, University of Delhi in the year 2005, thereafter he completed his graduation in law from Campus Law Centre (CLC), Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and Master of Business Laws (MBL) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru in the year 2008. Rahul also completed a leadership course “Stepping into Leadership” from Indian School of Business (ISB), Mohali in the year 2016
Rahul enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2009.
