Mr. Prakhar Mani Tripathi

Prakhar is an Associate at the Delhi office of Law Links. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts across Delhi NCR, NCLT and NCDRC through which he holds experience in Civil, Commercial and Corporate Matters. He has also worked in the High Court of Allahabad, wherein he has worked on cases pertaining to the Motor Vehicle Act and Service Law.

Prakhar is an inclined towards academics and during his law graduation, he has published numerous research papers on topics ranging from Cyber Security, Media Law and IPR. After graduating from college, he has worked under an AoR at the Supreme Court of India.

Prakhar completed his B.A. (Hons) in Economics and Geography from Banaras Hindu University in the year 2019 and LLB from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in the year 2022.
