Ms. Hetu Arora Sethii is a founding partner of Law Links and sits in the Delhi office. She qualified the Advocate-on-Record (AOR) examination conducted by Supreme Court of India in 2003, and registered/ enrolled as Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court. She is designated counsel for a number of Public Sector Undertakings,such as National Insurance Company, GIPSA, IFCI Factors, Council of Architecture and several other professional educational institutions. She is presently nominated member of ICC (Internal Complaint Committee) of a Govt Institution. She is also nominated as the Additional Standing Counsel for GNCTD in the Delhi High Court.

Ms. Hetu specialises in litigation, arbitration and also advises corporates & various institutions. She is primarily practicing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, various national Tribunal. She is a go-getter for litigation related matters and has a ready solution for almost all problems. She has a variety of experience and has handled matters in almost all areas of law.

Her domain of expertise extends to Constitutional Law, Service and Labour Law, Civil Law, Commercial law, Arbitration, Banking and Financial Law, Land Acquisition, Public Law, Town and Country Planning Law including Laws relating to Urban development and Planning, Insurance Law Motor Vehicle, Indirect Taxes, Property & Land Laws, Intellectual Property Law, Electricity Laws, Education Law, Laws relating to Technical and Higher Education, Consumer and Corporate Laws, Land Reform Laws, Mining Laws, Environmental Law, Family and Matrimonial Law, Mediation & Conciliation, Law relating to Print and Electronic Media etc.

Ms. Hetu completed her B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Miranda House, University of Delhi in 1991 and completed LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 1994. She also holds a Diploma in Cyber law from Amity Law School.

Ms. Hetu enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1994.
