Anuj is an Associate Partner of Law Links and sits at the Delhi office. He is registered and enrolled as an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India since 2020.

Anuj has been regularly practicing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, subordinate courts, and Tribunals in Delhi. He has also been part of arbitrations and mediations and has also advised corporates and NGOs. He has diverse experience and his domain of expertise in the firm extends to the specific fields of Constitutional Law, Mercantile Laws, Criminal Law, Competition Law, Property Law, Service and Labour Laws, Banking Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Family Law, Consumer Laws and Law relating to Stamp Duty and Registration. He takes a keen interest in matters of public law and policy, as well as spheres where law endeavours to regulate the market.

Before joining Law Links as an Associate Partner, Anuj was working as an independent counsel, appearing and arguing a variety of matters before all judicial forums in Delhi for more than four years. He had begun his career in 2012 with a year-long stint as a law researcher with Justice S. Ravindra Bhat, when the Hon’ble Judge held judicial office at the High Court of Delhi. Thereafter, he worked as an Associate in the Chambers of Adv. Ashok Agrwaal for about two years, after which he even worked as an Of-Counsel with Law Links. Anuj excels at giving practical and relief-oriented advice to his clients. He is adept at cross-examination of witnesses, and his drafting and research skills are of the highest calibre.

Anuj is a law graduate from Symbiosis International University, Pune. During his years at law school, he was a prolific mooter, having represented his university in several moot court competitions. In 2020-21, he also completed the ‘Advanced Professional Course in Competition Law and Marget Regulation’ conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

Anuj enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2012.
